Getting Started with TeleCloud Mobile Pro on Android: Downloading & Logging in for First Time

Follow these simple steps to get connected and start making and receiving calls with TeleCloud Pro.

Step 1: Download the TeleCloud Pro App
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- In the search bar, type “TeleCloud Pro.”
- Look for the app with the official TeleCloud Pro name and logo.
- Tap the app, then select Install.

Step 2: Open and Log In
- Once the app finishes downloading, open it.
- You’ll be taken to the login screen.
- Enter the same username and password you use for the TeleCloud web portal.
- Tap Sign In to continue.

Step 3: Grant App Permissions
- The first time you log in, the app will request a few permissions.
- ach one ensures your app works correctly for calling and communication.
  - Notifications: Allow this so you receive alerts for incoming calls and messages.
  - Microphone Access: Required so you can make and receive calls through the app.
  - Phone Access: Lets the app place or answer calls using your mobile network when needed.
  - Contacts Access: Allows the app to show caller information and makes dialing easier without typing full numbers.
- Tip: Allowing contact access makes the app more seamless to use, it helps identify callers and speeds up outgoing calls.

Step 4: Explore the Main Screen
- After permissions are granted, you’ll see the app’s main dial pad.
- At the top left, you’ll find your extension number and name.
- Tap this area to:
  - View your account details.
  - Enable Do Not Disturb (DND) mode when needed.

Step 5: Make and Receive Calls
- To make a call, dial directly from the on-screen keypad.
- To receive a call, simply answer when it rings, just like your desk phone.

That’s it, you’re now fully set up and ready to communicate using TeleCloud Pro.
