Getting Started with TeleCloud Pro Mobile Downloading & Logging in for First Time
In this guide, you’ll learn how to download, install, and log in to the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App on your iPhone.
Once you’re set up, you’ll be ready to make and receive calls, send texts, and manage your communications, all from your mobile device.
Follow the steps below to get started:
Step 1: Download the TeleCloud PRO App
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- In the search bar, type “TeleCloud PRO.”
- Look for the app with the official TeleCloud PRO name and logo (not the standard TeleCloud app).
- Select the TeleCloud PRO app, then tap Get to download it.
Step 2: Open and Log In
- Once downloaded, open the app to access the login screen.
- Enter your username and password, the same credentials you use for the TeleCloud web portal.
- Tap Sign In to continue.
- If you forgot your username or password, reset them through the TeleCloud desktop portal before logging in.
Step 3: Allow App Permissions
- The first time you sign in, the app will request several permissions. These are necessary to ensure full functionality.
- Notifications: Allow to receive alerts for incoming calls and messages.
- Contacts: Enable this so the app can display caller names and let you quickly call or text without manually typing numbers.
- You may choose to share all contacts or select specific business contacts.
- TeleCloud never stores or shares your contact data.
Step 4: Explore the Main Screen
- After granting permissions, you’ll see the main dial pad.
- At the top left, your extension number and name will be displayed.
- Tap this area to view your account details or enable Do Not Disturb (DND).
Step 5: Make and Receive Calls
- To make a call, dial directly from the keypad.
- To receive a call, simply answer when it rings.
- When placing or receiving your first call, the app will prompt for microphone access.
- Be sure to allow this permission so you can hear and be heard during calls.
Step 6: Navigate the Bottom Menu
- The bottom menu gives you quick access to TeleCloud PRO’s key features:
- SMS Texting: Send and receive messages directly from the app.
- Quick Dial: Access favorite or frequently called numbers.
- Contacts: Browse your synced contacts and company directory.
- Call History: Review recent incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.
- Pro Menu: Access advanced features such as:
- Call Park
- Voicemail History
- User Settings (covered in later videos)
That’s it, your TeleCloud PRO Mobile App for iOS is ready to use. You can now make calls, send messages, and manage your business communications from anywhere, all within one easy-to-use mobile app.
