How to Access and Manage Call History in the TeleCloud Portal
Discover how to access and manage your Call History in the TeleCloud Portal. Call History keeps a record of all your inbound, outbound, missed, and internal calls, along with options to manage them.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into the TeleCloud Portal
- From your home screen, click the “Call History” menu tile.
Step 2: View Your Call Records
- Your Call History will display a list of all calls involving your user.
- Icons indicate the type of call: inbound, outbound, or missed.
- Each entry includes call details such as date, time, duration, and the numbers involved.
Step 3: Manage Calls
- For each call, you can:
- Block the number.
- Add the number to your contacts list.
- Download a call recording (if available).
- Play the recording directly in the portal.
Step 4: Use Filters to Search
- Click on the “Filters” tab to refine your search.
- Search by date, time, caller number, dialed number, or call type (inbound, outbound, missed, internal).
- If Sentiment Analysis is enabled, you can also filter by sentiment type.
That’s it! With Call History, you can quickly review, manage, and act on past calls directly in the TeleCloud Portal.
