How to Access & Set Up the TeleCloud Webphone

In this guide, we’ll guide you through accessing the TeleCloud Web Phone and setting it up for the first time.

 

Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Open the Web Portal
- Log into the TeleCloud Web Portal.
- Locate the application drop-down menu in the top right corner.
- Select “TeleCloud Web Phone.”

Step 2: Allow Microphone Access
- When prompted, click “Allow” to enable microphone access.
- We recommend choosing “Allow while visiting this site” so you are not prompted every time.

Step 3: Select Your Microphone
- Choose the microphone you would like to use.
- Click “Next” to continue.

Step 4: Select Your Audio Output
- Choose your preferred audio output device.
- Click “Next” to continue.

Step 5: Optional – Pair a Headset
- If you want to use call control buttons on a headset, click “Pair Headset.”
- Select your headset from the pop-up window and connect.
- If you don’t want to use a headset, click “Skip.”
