How to Check Device Status in the TeleCloud User Portal

In this guide, we’ll show you how to check the status of your devices in the TeleCloud User Portal. You’ll learn how to confirm which devices are online, offline, or registered, so you always know the status of your phones.

 

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Log into the TeleCloud Portal
- Start on your user dashboard.

Step 2: Check Active Phones on the Dashboard
- Look for the Active Phones section.
- Here, you’ll see which of your devices are currently active.
- For example, if extension 105WP (Web Phone) is active, it will be listed here.

Step 3: Open the Phones Tab
- Click on the Phones tab to see a full list of devices linked to your account.

Step 4: Read Device Status Indicators
- A green icon means the device is registered and online.
- A gray or offline status means the device is not currently connected.
- Example: W105 Web Phone is green and active, while a Yealink T43U desk phone or the 105i mobile app may show offline.

Step 5: Watch for Updates
- As soon as a device reconnects or logs back in, its status will automatically update to green, confirming it is online.
