How to Check Your Voicemail Messages in the TeleCloud Portal
In this guide, we’ll show you how to check and manage your voicemail messages directly from the TeleCloud Portal.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into the TeleCloud Portal
- Start on your user profile home screen.
Step 2: Preview New Messages
- On your home screen, you’ll see a quick preview of your new voicemail messages.
Step 3: Open the Messages Menu
- To see all details and options, click on the “Messages” menu tile.
Step 4: Access the Voicemail Tab
- You’ll automatically land in the Voicemail tab where all your messages are listed.
Step 5: Manage Your Voicemails
- Play the message directly in the portal.
- Have the portal call your device to play the message.
- Forward the message to another user.
- Save, download, or delete the voicemail.
- View voicemail transcription (if enabled).
Step 6: Sort by Folders
- New messages appear in the “New” folder.
- Saved messages appear in “Saved.”
- Deleted messages move to “Trash,” which is emptied every 24 hours.
