How to Configure a Specific Date Time Frame in the TeleCloud Portal
In this guide, you’ll learn how to create a Specific Date Time Frame in your TeleCloud portal. This option is perfect for setting temporary or one-time schedules such as holidays, events, or special closures.
Follow these easy steps below:
Step 1: Open the Time Frames Section
- From your TeleCloud portal home screen, click on the Time Frames tile.
- This will display all existing time frames associated with your account.
Step 2: Create a New Time Frame
- Click the red “Add Time Frame” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- A pop-up window will appear where you can begin configuring your new time frame.
Step 3: Name Your Time Frame
- In the pop-up window, enter a name for your new time frame.
- Example: Training User, Holiday Schedule, or Company Event.
Step 4: Select the Time Frame Type
- Under Time Frame Type, choose Specific Dates.
- A new tab labeled Specific Dates will open. Click into it to continue.
Step 5: Choose Your Date
- Click into the date field to select the exact date you want this time frame to apply.
- By default, the time frame covers the entire day from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
Step 6: Adjust Start and End Times (Optional)
- If needed, modify the start and end times to apply only to certain hours within that day.
- Example: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for a half-day event.
Step 7: Add the Date
- Once you’ve set the date and times, click the plus (+) icon to add it to your list.
- To include multiple dates, repeat this process for each additional date.
Step 8: Set Annual Recurrence (Optional)
- If you want the time frame to repeat every year, enable the annual recurrence option below the date list.
Step 9: Save Your Time Frame
- When everything looks correct, click Save.
- Your Specific Date Time Frame is now active and ready to use.
