How to Customize App Settings in TeleCloud Pro Mobile on Android

In this guide, you’ll learn how to customize your settings in the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App to create a personalized communication experience.

 

We’ll cover both global user settings (linked to your TeleCloud profile) and in-app settings (specific to your mobile app).

Follow the steps below to customize your app:

Step 1: Open the User Settings Menu
- Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the screen.
- Scroll down and select User Settings.

Step 2: Review Global User Settings
- This section includes familiar options from your TeleCloud Portal user profile, allowing you to configure account-wide preferences directly from the app.
- Here’s what you can adjust:
  - Caller ID: Select which phone number displays for outbound calls (if you have multiple numbers).
  - SMS Number: Choose the number used for text messaging.
  - Answering Rules: Manage your call routing based on time frames.
- If you have multiple rules, they’ll appear in a drop-down list.
  - Voicemail Options: Enable or disable voicemail and select inbox preferences.
  - Voicemail Greetings: Record a new greeting directly in the app or choose one from your saved list.
  - Email Notifications: Set up unified messaging for voicemail alerts and choose how they behave.
  - Voicemail Transcription: Turn transcription on or off depending on your needs.
- Tip: Always tap Save after making any changes to ensure your new settings are applied.

Step 3: Access App-Specific Settings
- Tap the kebab menu (three vertical dots) above the hamburger menu.
- Select Settings from the dropdown options.

Step 4: Review Account Setup
- Under Account Setup, you’ll see your account details, this section is for reference only and doesn’t require any adjustments.

Step 5: Explore Program Settings
- This is where you can customize how the TeleCloud PRO App behaves on your device.
- Within Program Settings, you can:
  - Set a custom ringtone for the app.
  - Toggle call recording sounds on or off.
  - Adjust microphone, keypad, and audio volume levels.
  - Enable or configure call forwarding.
  - Choose how contacts are sorted (by first or last name).
  - Manage Do Not Disturb (DND) preferences.
  - Switch language preferences for multilingual support.
  - Adjust video settings, including whether video calls start automatically when enabled.

Step 6: Save and Apply Changes
- Once you’ve configured your settings, exit the menus to save automatically or tap Save if prompted.
- Your TeleCloud PRO app will now operate according to your customized preferences.
