How to Customize App Settings in TeleCloud Pro Mobile on iOS

This step-by-step guide will help you personalize your Mobile PRO experience for clear, reliable business communications anywhere.
Step 1: Open Settings
- From the keypad screen, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Under Account Setup, you can view your username and password.
Step 2: Customize Ringtones and Tones
- In Preferences, set unique tones for calls, SMS messages, and on-screen text tones.
- Tap each tone to preview and select your preferred sound.
Step 3: Adjust Sound Settings
- Modify call and playback volume levels as needed.
- It’s recommended to keep default settings unless you need to boost volume or adjust playback.
Step 4: Enable Call Recording (Optional)
- You can toggle Call Recording in-app.
- If recording is already active in your TeleCloud Portal, leave this off to prevent duplicates.
Step 5: Set Up Call Forwarding (Optional)
- Tap Enable to choose a forwarding destination or create a shortcut button.
- It’s best to manage forwarding from the Portal or Answering Rules to avoid routing issues.
Step 6: Manage Network Preferences
- Choose how the app connects for calls:
- Prefer Wi-Fi (recommended for strong Wi-Fi environments)
- Prefer Mobile Data (for areas with weak Wi-Fi)
- Leave Network Change Strategy set to If Needed.
Step 7: Configure Controls and Notifications
- Manage headset buttons and enable the globe button to display caller destination.
- Adjust how the app reacts to GSM calls — regular mobile carrier calls:
- Default: places your VoIP call on hold when a GSM call comes in.
- Options: Do Nothing or Play a Message.
- Enable or disable Apple Watch call notifications using the toggle switch.
Step 8: Set Do Not Disturb Rules
- Tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right to create quiet hours or mute rules for specific times.
Step 9: Sort Contacts & Enable Logs
- Choose contact order: Native, First Name–Last Name, or Last Name–First Name.
- Enable Traffic Logs only if directed by support for troubleshooting.
- Select your language (English or Spanish) — the app defaults to your system setting.
Step 10: Review SSL Exceptions
- These remain disabled unless instructed by TeleCloud Support.
Step 11: Access User Settings
- Tap the Pro Menu at the bottom right, then select User Settings.
- View or edit your Outbound Caller ID, SMS number, Quick Dials, and Answering Rules — all synced with your TeleCloud Portal.
Step 12: Manage Voicemail Settings
- Enable or disable Voicemail, choose message sorting, and set post-playback actions.
- Under Greetings, tap Record to create a new greeting or Play to preview existing ones.
- Under Unified Messaging, enable Voicemail to Email delivery.
- Optionally, turn on Voicemail Transcription for text versions of messages.
- Tap Save to apply all changes.
