How to Make & Receive Calls in TeleCloud Pro Mobile
In this guide, you’ll learn how to make and receive calls using the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App on your iPhone.
With the app, you can handle business calls, transfer conversations, record audio, and even start conference calls, all from your mobile device.
Follow the steps below to get started:
Step 1: Open the App
- Launch the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App on your iPhone.
- You’ll land on the homepage, which is also your keypad screen.
- This is where you can make outbound calls or dial extensions.
Step 2: Make a Call Using the Keypad
- Use the keypad to dial an internal extension (three or four digits) or an external phone number for outbound calls.
- You can also search for contacts by tapping the open text field above the keypad — this opens your keyboard for easy name search.
- Once ready, tap the green Call button to start your call.
Step 3: Use In-Call Controls
- Once your call connects, you’ll see several on-screen controls for managing your call.
- Top Row:
- Home: Return to the app’s main screen without ending the call.
- Mute: Temporarily silence your microphone.
- Speakerphone: Toggle speaker mode on or off.
- Bottom Row:
- Keypad: Access number entry for auto-attendants or extensions.
- Hold: Place the caller on hold.
- Record: Start or stop call recording (if enabled).
- Transfer: Send the call to another extension or number.
- Add Call: Add another participant to create a conference call.
- Attended Transfer: Speak to the recipient before transferring the call.
- These controls mirror your desk phone functions, now available directly on your mobile device.
Step 4: End a Call
- To finish, simply tap End Call at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5: Receive Calls
- To receive calls in the TeleCloud PRO app, make sure your Answering Rules are set to ring your mobile device.
- You can configure it so your mobile app rings alongside your desk phone, or exclusively on your mobile.
Step 6: Answer Incoming Calls
- When someone calls your number, extension, or a transferred line, you’ll see a pop-up notification on your iPhone.
- Tap the blue checkmark to answer, or tap the notification banner to open the full call screen and answer there.
- Once connected, you’ll have access to all the same in-call features listed above.
