How to Make & Receive Calls in TeleCloud Pro Mobile on Android

Whether you’re in the office or on the go, the app gives you the same professional call management tools as your desk phone, right from your mobile device.

Follow the steps below to get started:

Step 1: Open the TeleCloud PRO App
- When you log into the app, the homepage will bring you directly to the dial pad.
- From here, you can place calls or answer incoming ones.

Step 2: Make a Call Using the Keypad
- Use the keypad to manually enter the phone number you want to call.
- Once entered, tap the green Call button to dial out.

Step 3: Make a Call Using the Search Field
- Instead of typing a number, tap on the open field above the keypad to bring up your keyboard.
- Type the name of a contact or company directory entry.
- As you type, the app will automatically search your contacts and display matches below.
- Tap the contact you want to call, then press the green Call button.

Step 4: Use the Pre-Call and In-Call Screens
- After placing a call, you’ll see the pre-call screen while the call is connecting.
- When the call is answered, you’ll be brought to the in-call screen, where you can view:
  - The contact’s name and number
  - Your audio input and output settings
  - The call duration timer

Step 5: Manage Your Call Controls
- During the call, you’ll have access to several control options, including:
  - Keypad: enter digits during the call
  - Hold: place the caller on hold
  - Record: start or stop recording (if enabled)
  - Transfer: transfer the call to another extension or number
  - Add Caller: start a conference call
  - Attended Transfer: speak to the new party before completing the transfer
- These features provide the same level of functionality as your office phone, directly from your mobile device.

Step 6: End a Call
- When the conversation is finished, tap End Call at the bottom of the screen.

Step 7: Receive an Incoming Call
- When someone calls you, a banner will appear at the top of your screen showing the caller’s name or number.
- Tap Back to Call on the banner to open the pre-call screen.
- Then, tap Answer to pick up the call.
- You’ll now have access to all the same in-call controls listed above.

Making and receiving calls in TeleCloud PRO is quick, reliable, and works just like your regular phone, but with the flexibility to take your business calls anywhere.
