How to Manage Voicemails in TeleCloud PRO Mobile

In this guide, you’ll learn how to check, organize, and customize your voicemail settings in the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App on your iPhone.

 

With visual voicemail, you can listen, forward, save, or delete messages right from your mobile device, no need to call into a voicemail line.

Follow the steps below to manage your voicemail:

Step 1: Open the Visual Voicemail Menu
- Tap the Pro Menu button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Select the Visual Voicemail icon.
- This will open your voicemail inbox.

Step 2: Navigate Your Voicemail Folders
- The layout will look familiar if you’ve used voicemail in the TeleCloud Web Portal.
- Use the drop-down menu to switch between:
  - New Messages
  - Saved Messages
  - Trash

Step 3: Manage Your Voicemail Messages
- Use the on-screen buttons to perform key actions:
  - Play: Listen to the voicemail directly.
  - Forward: Send the voicemail to another user or extension.
  - Save: Move a message to your saved folder.
  - Reply: Call or message the contact who left the voicemail.
  - Delete: Move the message to the trash folder.
 - Deleted voicemails are automatically cleared from Trash every 24 hours, but you can move one back to “New Messages” by pressing Save if needed.

Step 4: Access Shared Voicemail Inboxes
- If your account manages multiple voicemail boxes (like shared team mailboxes), scroll down.
- You’ll see all additional inboxes listed beneath your main voicemail folder.

Step 5: Configure Voicemail Inbox Settings
- Return to the Pro Menu and select User Settings.
- Here you can view and customize your voicemail preferences.
- You can:
  - View your Caller ID and SMS number.
  - Manage your Active Answering Rules.
  - If you have multiple answering rules, select which one you want active.
  - Enable or disable Voicemail.
  - Adjust Inbox Settings, such as message sorting or announcements.
  - Record a new Voicemail Greeting or choose from previously saved ones.

Step 6: Set Up Unified Messaging & Transcription
- Under Unified Messaging, enable Email Notifications to have new voicemails sent directly to your inbox.
- If your account supports Voicemail Transcription, you can activate it here to receive text transcriptions of your voicemails.
