How to Manage Voicemails in TeleCloud PRO Mobile on Android

In this guide, you’ll learn how to view, manage, and configure voicemails in the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App.

 

Follow the steps below to manage your voicemail effectively:

Step 1: Access the Voicemail Menu
- After logging into the app, you’ll land on the Dial Pad screen.
- Tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
- Select Visual Voicemail from the dropdown menu.
- This will open your voicemail inbox.

Step 2: Navigate Your Voicemail Folders
- The voicemail layout is similar to the TeleCloud web portal.
- Use the dropdown menu to switch between folders:
  - New Messages
  - Saved Messages
  - Trash

Step 3: Listen and Manage Messages
- Below your message list, you’ll see several control options:
  - Play: Listen to a voicemail directly in the app.
  - Forward: Send a voicemail to another user or extension.
  - Save: Move a message to the saved folder.
  - Reply: Respond directly to the contact who left the message.
  - Delete: Move a message to the Trash folder.
- Tip: Deleted messages stay in the Trash folder for 24 hours before being automatically cleared.

Step 4: Restore Deleted Messages (Optional)
- If you deleted a voicemail by mistake, go to the Trash folder.
- Select the message and tap Save to move it back to New Messages.

Step 5: Access Shared Voicemail Boxes
- If your account manages multiple voicemail boxes (like shared team inboxes), scroll down.
- You’ll see all linked mailboxes listed below your main inbox.

Step 6: Adjust Voicemail Inbox Settings
- Return to the menu and select User Settings.
- This section includes familiar options from your TeleCloud user portal, allowing you to manage voicemail preferences right in the app.
- Here’s what you can customize:
  - Caller ID: Choose the number displayed on outgoing calls.
  - SMS Number: Select the number used for text messaging.
  - Answering Rules: Manage call handling based on time frames.
  - Enable/Disable Voicemail: Turn voicemail on or off as needed.
  - Voicemail Greetings: Record a new greeting or choose one from your saved list.
  - Email Notifications: Set up unified messaging to get voicemail alerts by email.
  - Voicemail Transcription: Enable or disable transcription for your messages.

Step 7: Save Your Changes
- After updating your settings or preferences, make sure to tap Save to apply your changes.
- You’re All Set
