How to Park & Pick Up Calls in the TeleCloud Pro Mobile App

Call Park allows you to place an active call in a shared “parking spot,” so another team member can retrieve it from their device, just like in the office.

Follow the steps below to park and pick up calls:

Step 1: Understand Call Park and Call Pickup
- Call Park temporarily places a call on hold in a shared “parking spot.”
- Call Pickup lets you retrieve that parked call from any device connected to your TeleCloud system.

Step 2: Answer the Incoming Call
- When an incoming call appears on your iPhone screen, answer it as you normally would.
- After answering, you’ll see the standard call control options displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Access the Call Park Feature
- To park the call, press the Home button to return to the app’s main screen.
- Make sure you are in the Pro Menu.
- Select Call Park.

Step 4: Choose a Parking Spot
- You’ll now see a list of available parking spots.
- Tap the spot where you want to place the call, for example, Park 1.
- The call is now parked, and you’ll see the parked call details displayed under that spot.
- Tip: Let your colleague know which parking spot the call is on (e.g., “The call is on Park 1”) so they can retrieve it from their own app.

Step 5: Retrieve a Parked Call
- If someone tells you a call has been parked, or you’d like to check for yourself, open the Call Park menu again by following the same steps:
- Go to the Pro Menu.
- Tap Call Park.
- You’ll see the current status of all parking spots.
- Any active parked call will be highlighted in red.

Step 6: Pick Up the Call
- Tap the active parking spot (for example, Park 1 or Park 2).
- The call will connect immediately, showing the caller’s details and all standard in-call controls.

Step 7: End the Call
- When you’re finished, tap End Call to disconnect as usual.
- You’re All Set
