How to Park & Pick Up Calls in the TeleCloud Pro Mobile App on Android

In this guide, you’ll learn how to use Call Park and Call Pickup in the TeleCloud Mobile PRO App for Android.

 

These features allow you to easily place calls on hold for other team members and retrieve parked calls directly from your mobile device, just like in the office.

Follow the steps below to park and pick up calls in the TeleCloud PRO App:

Step 1: Understand What Call Park and Pickup Do
- Call Park lets you place an active call on a shared “parking spot” so another user can retrieve it from their phone or app.
- Call Pickup allows you to answer a parked call from one of those shared spots.

Step 2: Start by Parking a Call
- When an incoming call appears on your screen, tap Back to Call in the banner.
- Select Answer as you normally would.
- Once you’re on the call, you’ll see your standard call control options.

Step 3: Open the Call Park Menu
- To park the call, return to the app’s home screen by pressing the Home button or the Back button in the top right corner of your phone.
- From the home screen, tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
- Select Call Park from the menu options.

Step 4: Choose a Parking Spot
- You’ll see a list of available parking spots displayed on the screen.
- Tap the spot where you want to park the call (for example, Park 2).
- The call is now parked, and the app will show the parked call details.
- In a real call, you’ll see the caller’s phone number or contact name.

Step 5: Notify Your Colleague
- Let your team member know which parking spot the call is on.
- They can then retrieve it from their own TeleCloud app by selecting the same parking spot.

Step 6: Retrieve a Parked Call
- To retrieve a parked call, return to the Call Park window the same way as before:
- From the home screen, tap the menu icon → select Call Park.
- You’ll now see the current status of each parking spot.
- Any active parked call will be highlighted and show the caller’s name or number.

Step 7: Pick Up the Call
- Tap the active parking spot (for example, Park 3) to retrieve the call.
- The call will connect immediately, showing the caller’s information and the standard in-call controls.
- When finished, tap End Call as usual.

That’s it, you’ve successfully parked and retrieved a call using the TeleCloud Mobile PRO App on Android.
