How to Reset Your Username and Password in the TeleCloud User Portal
Need to reset or change your TeleCloud password? Follow these simple steps to recover your login information or update your password directly in the portal.
If You Forgot Your Login Name or Password
Step 1: Go to the TeleCloud Login Page
- Open your browser and visit the TeleCloud login page.
- Click “Forgot Login Name.”
Step 2: Retrieve Your Login Name
- Enter your email address and extension.
- An email will be sent with your login information.
- Make sure the email address matches the one associated with your TeleCloud account.
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Look for an email from TeleCloud with your login name.
- If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.
- You can also find your username in your original TeleCloud welcome email.
Step 4: Reset Your Password
- Return to the login page and click “Forgot Password.”
- Enter your login name.
- Check your email for a password reset link.
- Click the link, then create and confirm your new password.
- Log back in with your updated credentials.
If You Know Your Current Login Name and Password
Step 1: Log In to the User Portal
- Use your existing credentials to access the TeleCloud user portal.
Step 2: Access Your Profile Settings
- Click your username and extension in the top right corner.
- Select “Profile.”
Step 3: Update Your Password
- Scroll down to “Change Account Security.”
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Enter your current password to authorize the change.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
- Click “Save.”
- Your password has now been successfully updated.
