How to Send SMS/MMS from TeleCloud Pro Mobile

With this feature, you can stay connected with customers and coworkers directly through your TeleCloud number, no need to use your personal phone number.

Follow the steps below to start messaging:

Step 1: Log In to the App
- Open the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App on your iPhone.
- Log in using your TeleCloud username and password.

Step 2: Go to the Messages Section
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the Messages icon.
- This will take you to your main Messaging Inbox, where you can view all your recent text conversations.

Step 3: Start a New Message
- In the top right corner, tap the New Message icon.
- In the recipient field, type the phone number of the person you want to text.

Step 4: Write and Send Your Message
- Tap inside the message box to open your keyboard.
- Type your message.
- When you’re ready, tap the Send button to deliver it.
- Tip: If the recipient replies, their message will appear in the same chat thread, making it easy to follow the conversation.

Step 5: Continue or Start a New Conversation
- To keep chatting, simply continue typing in the same thread.
- To message someone else, tap the Back arrow in the top left corner to return to your inbox, then repeat the same steps to start a new conversation.
