How to Send SMS Messages from the TeleCloud Web Phone

Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Log In
- Log into your TeleCloud Web Phone using your credentials.

Step 2: Open Chat and SMS
- From the navigation menu, click on “Chat and SMS.”

Step 3: Start a New Conversation
- Click “New Conversation.”
- Enter the full phone number you want to text, including the area code.

Step 4: Type and Send Your Message
- Type your message into the message box.
- Click “Send” to deliver your message.

Step 5: View and Continue Conversations
- When the recipient replies, their message will appear in the same chat window.
- To revisit the conversation later, go back to “Chat and SMS” to find your saved thread.
