How to Set Up Do Not Disturb & Call Forwarding in the TeleCloud User Portal

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to enable Do Not Disturb (DND) and set up Call Forwarding in the TeleCloud User Portal.

 

Follow these steps to manage your call preferences:

1. Log in to your TeleCloud User Portal with your username and password.
2. Go to Answering Rules in the menu.
3. Click Edit next to your current answering rule.
4. To enable Do Not Disturb, check the box for Do Not Disturb and click Save. All calls will go directly to voicemail.
5. To set up Call Forwarding, enter the number you want calls sent to in the Call Forwarding field and click Save.
6. To turn off Do Not Disturb or Call Forwarding, return to Edit, uncheck the box or remove the number, and click Save.
7. If needed, restore your original answering rules.

This feature ensures your calls are managed the way you want, whether you need uninterrupted time or want calls forwarded to another number.
