How to Set Up Voicemail to Email in the TeleCloud Portal
In this guide, we’ll show you how to set up voicemail-to-email in the TeleCloud User Portal. This feature lets you receive voicemail messages directly in your email inbox, so you can stay connected wherever you are.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into the TeleCloud Portal
- From the main menu, click on the Messages tab.
- Then, select the Settings tab.
Step 2: Enable Voicemail-to-Email
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- If voicemail-to-email is off, check the box to turn it on.
Step 3: Select Email Type
- Choose your preferred format:
- Send with Attachment: Sends the voicemail as a WAV file in your email.
- Other formats may also be available depending on your setup.
Step 4: Choose After Notification Behavior
- Leave as New: Sends the voicemail to your email but keeps it in your voicemail box.
- Move to Trash: Sends the voicemail to your email and then deletes it from your voicemail box automatically.
That’s it! Your voicemail-to-email settings are now configured, so you can manage messages right from your inbox.
