How to Set Up Your Voicemail Greeting, Recorded Name, & Voicemail Notification Settings in the TeleCloud Portal

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set up your voicemail greeting, recorded name, and voicemail-to-email notifications in the TeleCloud Portal.


Follow these steps:

Step 1: Log into the TeleCloud Portal and select "Messages" in the main navigation menu.
Step 2: In the settings window, click the voicemail greeting icon to change your greeting.
Step 3: Choose how you want to create your greeting:
 - Use the text-to-speech feature with over 40 voice options.
 - Upload a prerecorded MP4 or WAV file.
 - Record one in real time by naming your greeting, providing your extension, and pressing "Call."
Step 4: Once your greeting is added, press "Done" and then "Save."
Step 5: Follow the same process to add your recorded name.
Step 6: To enable email notifications, scroll down to "Notifications" and select "Receive an email for new voicemail." Choose your preferred email format (hyperlink or attachment).
Step 7: Double-check your voicemail status settings after email notifications. We recommend using "Leave as New" so you don’t miss important voicemails.
Step 8: Save your settings to finalize.
