How to Use Selective Caller ID in the TeleCloud Web Phone
TeleCloud’s new Selective Caller ID feature in the Web Phone gives you control over how your outgoing calls appear.
With this tool, you can easily switch between multiple numbers and manage your Caller ID with just a few clicks.
Follow these steps to use Selective Caller ID:
Step 1: Access Web Phone Tools
- Log into your TeleCloud Web Phone.
- Open the menu and click on “Web Phone Tools.”
- Select “Selective Caller ID.”
Step 2: Choose Your Caller ID
- At the top, you’ll see your current Caller ID.
- Below, you’ll see a list of available Caller IDs.
- Select the Caller ID you want to use.
Step 3: Set Your Caller ID
- Click “Set” to confirm your selection.
- Your Caller ID will update instantly.
- Return to your Web Phone tab to make calls.
- All outbound calls will now show your selected Caller ID.
Step 4: Switch Back When Finished
- When you’re done, go back to Web Phone Tools.
- Click “Selective Caller ID” again.
- Choose your original Caller ID and press “Set.”
That’s it! With Selective Caller ID, you can manage multiple lines with flexibility and professionalism, directly from your TeleCloud Web Phone.
