How to View & Manage Call History in TeleCloud Pro Mobile
In this guide, you’ll learn how to view, organize, and manage your call history using the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App on your iPhone.
The Call History feature helps you quickly review missed, received, and outgoing calls, keeping all your communication records easily accessible.
Follow the steps below to manage your call history:
Step 1: Access the Call History Screen
- From the bottom of the screen, tap the Call History icon, located just to the left of the Pro Menu.
- This will open your Call Log, showing a complete record of your incoming and outgoing calls.
Step 2: Sort or Search Calls
- Use the menu at the top of the screen to sort your call list:
- Missed Calls: shows only calls you didn’t answer.
- Recorded Calls: filters the list to display recorded conversations.
- Use the search bar to quickly find a specific call or contact.
- Tip: Sorting and searching makes it easy to locate important calls or follow up with missed clients.
Step 3: View Call Details
- Tap the info (i) icon next to any call entry.
- This opens a detailed view showing:
- Caller ID information
- Date, time, and duration
- Your complete history with that caller
Step 4: Add Callers to Contacts
- From the call details view, tap the profile image next to the contact name or number.
- Select the option to add the caller to your phone’s contacts.
- This helps you quickly recognize recurring numbers and manage your business relationships more effectively.
Step 5: Delete Calls from Your Log
- To remove calls from your log, tap Edit in the top right corner of the Call History screen.
- Select individual calls to delete, or clear multiple entries as needed.
- You can also delete calls directly from the detailed view by pressing Edit again.
Step 6: Sync with iPhone Call History
- Keep in mind that all calls made or received through your TeleCloud PRO user account will also appear in your Apple Call History.
- These entries will be labeled as “TeleCloud PRO Audio.”
That’s it, with Call History in the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App for iOS, you always have a complete, searchable record of your business communications, right from your phone.
