How to View & Manage Call History in TeleCloud PRO Mobile on Android

In this guide, you’ll learn how to view, filter, and manage your call history using the TeleCloud PRO Mobile App.

 

Call history helps you quickly review missed, received, and outgoing calls and even access recordings or add contacts directly from your call log.

Follow the steps below to manage your call history:

Step 1: Access Call History
- From the app’s home screen, tap the Call History icon located at the top of the screen, just to the left of the menu icon.
- This will open your full list of recent calls.

Step 2: View Your Call List
- You’ll see a complete log of your calls, including incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.
- Each entry displays the caller’s name or number, call duration, and direction (inbound or outbound).

Step 3: Filter Your Call History
- In the top right corner, next to the search icon, you can filter the list by:
  - All Calls: shows your full call history.
  - Missed Calls: displays only calls you didn’t answer.
  - Recorded Calls: lists only calls that were recorded.
- Tip: Use filters to quickly find the calls you need without scrolling through your entire history.

Step 4: Clear or Edit Call History
- Tap the kebab menu (three dots) in the top right corner.
- Choose one of the following options:
  - Clear Call History: delete your entire call log.
  - Edit Mode: select and delete specific calls individually.

Step 5: View Call Details
- Tap on any individual call record to see more details, such as:
  - Caller ID information
  - Date and time of the call
  - Duration and direction of the call
  - Your full call history with that contact

Step 6: Add a Caller as a Contact
- From the detailed call view, you can add the caller as a new contact directly to your phone.
- This makes it easier to identify frequent callers and quickly reach them in the future.

Step 7: Edit or Delete Individual Calls
- While viewing your call details, open the kebab menu again and select Edit.
- From there, choose any specific call record to edit or delete as needed.
