Describe the process of making a call using the web phone
How to make an inbound call from the Telecloud Webphone
Click on the + icon on the bottom right corner of the screen
From the options select the dial pad icon to bring up the dialer to make a call
From the dialer you can select the numbers you wish to call or type them on the keyboard. Press the green phone icon to start the call
Receiving calls
When you receive a call, you computer will start ringing and if enabled, a pop up will show if you are on a different page. From here you can accept the call , ignore it
or reject it
