How can an Office Manager or above enable call recording transcription for specific users in the NetSapiens Portal?
Enabling call recording transcription for specific users
Log into the Portal with a user scope of Office Manager or above. Click User from the top navigation menu, select the user who needs call recording transcription, click on the user's Profile tab, scroll down to Record User's Calls, select "Yes w/transcription," and click Save at the bottom of the screen to save the changes.
