How can the Call History tab be utilized, and what information does it provide?
Call history for the Telecloud Webphone
The Call History tab shows all calls made, received, and missed, providing details like timestamps, call types, and options for call-related actions.
These include all your phones i.e. desk, web, and mobile phone.
You can filter the call history to see all of
them or by missed, inbound, or outbound
only.
If you click on a call, you can bring up some additional options
From here you can see the type of call (inbound, outbound, missed), a timestamp for the call, give you the option to call back, create a new contact for the number or add it to an existing one
