How can you reuse a user's extension after the user has been reset or removed?
Recycle user option functionality
To reuse a user's extension after resetting or removing them, use the "Recycle User" option. In the Recycle User modal, enter the necessary information. The user will be created without a secure password or voicemail PIN. Sending the welcome email prompts the user to set up a secure password, and until this is done, they will be listed as "password required" in the Users list.
