What happens when you click on the "Reset User" option under Advance in the user profile?
Reset user on Advanced tab for user profile
Clicking on "Reset User" will provide options to select or de-select various items for deletion, such as name, email, password, voicemail PIN, and softphones. Additional optional selections include deleting voicemail messages, greetings, answering rules, custom contacts, unassigning phone numbers, and removing lines from physical phones.
