After updating, advise the customer/IT to plug the new internet cable into port WAN 1 on the Peplink, which is the primary connection. Wait for two minutes for the Peplink to update itself, and check for the new internet connection online with a green box. Double-check that customer phones are back up to ensure phone service is restored.
