When a user undergoes a forced password reset, they receive an email with instructions to reset their password. It is essential for administrators to check the box for automatically sending a recovery email after the password reset. The user will then receive a notification, and upon selecting "Complete Setup" and validating the authentication code, they will be directed to the portal to establish new user credentials. After entering the new password and voicemail PIN, the user is logged into the portal and directed to their new Home Page.
