Troubleshooting fax issues in Pangea
Typical troubleshooting will have you first go to Users. You can search for email, fax number, or company
For outbound fax issues please check and make sure that the Fax Number is filled in under the profile
When troubleshooting, first determine if the account has an ATA or not and if it is online or offline
Dial the fax number and make sure it has a fax tone
If the ATA is offline, have the client fully unplug the ATA, wait 15 seconds, plug back in. Please bear in mind that there can be a delay in the status of the ATA being online or offline
When the ATA is back online I like to send a test fax to confirm if they can receive again
