What steps can be taken to troubleshoot microphone issues on the Telecloud web app, and where can additional support be found?

Troubleshooting Microphone on Telecloud Webphone

First, go to google settings (by clicking the 3 dots on the right corner of the tab) let's go to Privacy and Security                                 

Then, clear the browsing data and let them know to sign in back again.                                   

After that, check Site Settings (always under Privacy and Security)                               

Select Microphone                        

Allowed to use your microphone, there, users can add the Webphone site link.
