Contacts

The Contacts tab shows you all of the contacts you have in the organization and any you have added through the portal or web phone.

From here you can see the status of client i.e. if they are available, on the phone, etc.

You can filter your contacts by Coworkers, Contacts you added, Favorites or All.

You can also filter by their status or the department they are in.

You can search for contact, sort by name or add a new one by using the corresponding icon to the right

You can see additional information on a contact by clicking on it as shown below. From here you can call the user, start a chat session, or favorite them.
